The Science of Motivation

Reiss Motivation Profile® (RMP) is the first empirically-developed, standardized, and comprehensive assessment of what motivates an individual. It has been developed in 1988 by Professor Steven Reiss (1947–2016) – an American psychologist, professor at the University of Illinois, Chicago (1972–1991) and at Ohio State University (1991–2008), where also for 16 years he directed the developmental disabilities center at Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.

Implementation roadmap

Online survey

128 single choice questions you can answer on your mobile phone or laptop. Survey takes about 20 minutes to finish, questions are sometimes personal, there are no right or wrong answers. The survey is confidential, your answers won't be viewed by anyone. Available in Polish & English.

RMP™️ coaching session

1,5 h of one-on-one live or on-line meeting with certified RMP™️ Master during which the survey results are going to be discussed with participant in the context of current personal or business goal he or she wants to accomplish. Available in Polish & English.

Implementation workshops

After all of the personal profiles it's time to put motivators to work. During either online, on-site or off-site 2 day team workshop, team members learn how to leverage their motivators with special emphasis on effective task delegations. Available in Polish & English.

DISC+ "ABOVE THE SURFACE" GRAPH

Every DISC+ report contains a graph that shows (1) how a person is likely to be perceived by teammates and (2) how he or she might perceive themselves communication-wise.

Approaches above the thick green line tend to be notable (both externally and internally), while the ones below are not visible. Depending on how high or low certain communication aspect is placed on the scale, its visibility differs. We can see natural (blue line) and adaptive (red line) approaches, showing us auto-presentation goals of a person.

DISC+ "Diamond graph"

Every DISC+ report contains a graph that explains
(1) what is the persons dominant style of communication and (2) what are the chances of that person displaying certain behaviors.

The dominant natural style is marked by a dot. The arrow shows what is the dominant adaptive style of that person. Possibility of displaying certain behaviors is marked by highlighting of certain areas of the graph.
